银芽

最近我在曼谷吃了我最爱吃的炒米粉。
这里的米粉比我平常吃的大,它的宽度是在古晋普通米粉和粉干之间。
有嚼劲又不失细腻!

这是特别加料的,加了蟹肉!

如果你不知道,豆芽也叫银芽.看看这张照片就可以知道。这样一盘炒米粉,单单是厨师花的精神和心思就已经是满分!

recently i was so touched when i ate such a nicely picked tauge in a simple shop in bangkok. if you happened to passby, please drop by at the first shop left sided to Chok Chai 4, Soi 73. it's really a great work from the chef!
